CLIENT FLOW SNAPSHOTSnapshot

Free Client Flow Snapshot

See where your client-flow system appears supported—and where friction may deserve a closer look.

You can be excellent at what you do and still have a business system that makes client flow harder than it should be.

This Snapshot looks at six connected areas around your work: how suitable clients find you, understand the offer, move toward booking, experience the service, and how your systems and priorities support sustainable delivery.

This is not a test of how good you are at what you do.

A practice can deliver excellent client work and still be harder to find, book, manage or grow than it needs to be. Answer for the way your practice operates today—not for the way you think it should operate.

Your result is a starting point for examination. It does not establish root cause or tell you that a particular solution is required.

Before you begin

This is the Client Flow Snapshot. You’ll answer 19 questions about how client flow currently works in your practice. After the questions, we’ll ask for your full name, email address and country or territory of practice to save your Snapshot and show your result. A business or practice name is optional.

Your result reflects the answers you select; it is a starting point for examination, not a confirmed Audit finding. You can stop before submitting. Taking part will not add you to marketing. You can separately choose to receive your result by email, with a PDF copy attached.

Read how we handle your information

You can stop at any time. Your result appears after all 19 questions have a response and the required details are accepted.

To recover a save if the connection is interrupted, we keep a temporary copy of your answers, the details you submit and your result-email choice in this browser. It uses the draft’s existing expiry, with a maximum of seven days; checking the save or retrying it does not extend that time. Once that exact save is confirmed, we remove this temporary recovery copy. Removing it does not delete a result already saved with RMA.

How we handle your information

Growth Systems is provided by Reverse Mindset Academy, operated by Islam Abdullah. We use your submitted details and Snapshot answers to save and show your result, keep its versions connected and, if you request it, send the result and PDF to your email address. The information is also used to check that this trial saves and delivers the correct result.

Authorised RMA delivery team members and the providers needed to operate the service may handle the minimum information required. Hostinger hosts the application and database. Brevo processes the requested result email and its PDF attachment. If you book a Discovery conversation, Brevo Meetings and Google Calendar/Meet handle the booking and meeting details. Some provider processing may take place outside Australia. Taking part in this trial will not add you to marketing.

We also keep your submitted name, email address, country or territory, optional business or practice name, Snapshot answers and result versions in our Notion workspace and private service workspace. This keeps your details and results connected so authorised RMA team members can respond to your requests and prepare for an Audit if you choose to proceed. We keep source references and record dates to check that the records match. Saving these records does not book an Audit or sign you up for marketing.

Please keep information at business level. Do not include information identifying your clients, health or clinical details, passwords, legal matters or unnecessary financial information.

If there is no further meaningful engagement, we review the saved Snapshot and associated details 12 months after completion. If you continue a service conversation, the prospect record is reviewed 24 months after the last meaningful interaction. A review determines whether information is still needed, should be deleted or de-identified, or must be retained for a recorded reason; it is not an automatic deletion promise. Any later Audit has a separate client-record retention arrangement. After information is removed from our active records, copies may remain in Hostinger’s automatic backups for up to six weeks.

Contact i.abdullah@reversemindset.com.au to request access, correction, export or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. We check that a request relates to your own information before sharing or changing it. We will explain what can be done and any records that need to be retained. RMA does not sell personal information.

Your Snapshot result is calculated using fixed scoring rules. Authorised RMA team members may use OpenAI’s ChatGPT and Codex to review the trial’s records and check that your result is saved and delivered correctly. These tools may process only the information needed for that review. Islam remains responsible for the review and any decisions about your service.
